Malinda grew up in Finksburg, Maryland. She earned her General Studies Associate degree at Carroll Community College and then went on to Frostburg State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science in May of 2020. In May of 2023, Malinda received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant (PA) Studies from Frostburg State University’s PA Program in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Malinda has been interested in Family Medicine since joining the medical field, as she enjoys seeing people of all ages with a variety of conditions. She values making sure patients feel heard and are educated about their health. When Malinda is not working she enjoys reading, horseback riding, gardening, and baking. She also enjoys spending time at Deep Creek Lake. Malinda is a 4-H volunteer through the University of Maryland Extension and loves educating 4-H’ers in various project areas.
