Office BIO
The Frederick Primary Care Associates office at New Market originated from the Spring Ridge office that was created in 2001. Dr. Shad joined the team from Canada in 2004 and incorporates a holistic approach to healthcare. Since then, the office has grown to include providers: Mariam Nejati M.D., Patrick Farrell D.O. and his wife Jennifer Farrell D.O., Natalie Reid CRNP, and Laura Roque CRNP. Our office prides itself on quality of care, responsiveness of staff, availability of physicians and expertise in the many domains of Family Medicine including newborn to geriatric care.
The office is conveniently located off of Old National Pike and the building is visible from I-70 in Ijamsville, MD.
The New Market office employs a professional medical support staff managed by its Office Manager, Nikki Varsanyi.
