The New Market office of Frederick Primary Care Associates has its roots in the Spring Ridge
office, established in 2001. In October 2024, the practice relocated to its current, conveniently
accessible location off Old National Pike, with the building visible from I-70 in Ijamsville, MD.
We are proud to introduce our dedicated team of providers: Dr. Nabila Shad, Dr. Mariam Nejati,
Dr. Patrick Farrell, Dr. Jennifer Farrell, Natalie Reid, CRNP, and Laura Roque, CRNP. Our team
is highly skilled in all areas of family medicine, offering comprehensive care for patients of all
ages—from newborns to seniors. At our office, we prioritize quality care, attentive staff, and the
ease of scheduling appointments.

Supporting our providers is a professional and efficient medical support staff, led by our Office
Manager, Nikki Varsanyi.
